Spain Faces Mountain Of Redemptions In October

       When it rains it most certainly pours -- especially if you are a periphery country facing a riotous public, a separatist region, somewhere between 50 and 100 billion euros in bad bank debt, and an increasingly hostile set of creditor countries. We are talking of course, about Spain and one simply cannot imagine a worse time for a mountain of bond redemptions to come rolling down the mountain. Here's a graphic from BNP Paribas which shows Spain's redemption schedule for the next six months:
